Vehicles Parking Rules

Know where—and what—you can park to keep City Square streets clear and safe
 
These guidelines help prevent congestion, preserve curb appeal, and ensure emergency vehicles can access every home. Please follow parking rules to avoid violations or fines.
 
No overnight street parking.

No parking on lawns. If you park on lawns and also create ruts in the grass or destroy areas of the lawn, that is a more serious violation with fines.
 
Commercial trucks, RVs, boats, and trailers must be stored out of sight. Violations may lead to fines or towing at the owner’s expense.
 
Everyday Parking Rules

Must fit wholly on the paved surface—no blocking sidewalks or overhanging the street.
Street Short-term guest parking 12 hours max
 
No overnight parking (between 2 AM–6 AM). Cars must face traffic flow and not block mailboxes, hydrants, or intersections.
Common-Area Lots Pool & clubhouse guests During amenity hours
 
Vehicles left after closing are subject to towing.

Vehicle Types & Restrictions

Passenger Cars / SUVs / Vans Garage, driveway Must be operable, properly tagged, and insured.
Motorcycles Garage, driveway Covers recommended to prevent oil stains.
Commercial Trucks (logoed, ladder racks, > ¾-ton) Prohibited on streets & driveways Must be stored in garage or off-site.
RVs, Campers, Trailers, Boats, Jet Skis Prohibited except 24-hour loading/unloading Long-term storage off-site or in fully enclosed garage only.
Inoperable / Unregistered Vehicles Prohibited anywhere outdoors Must be repaired or removed within 48 hours of notice.
Oversized Vehicles (over 22 ft or 9 ft tall) Prohibited Exception: moving truck for 24 hours with advance notice to management.

Visitor Guidelines
  • Guests should park in your driveway first; use street parking if driveway space is full.
  • Remind visitors that overnight street parking is not permitted.

Avoid Tickets, Violations & Tows
  1. Use your garage—keeping it uncluttered saves headaches.
  2. Plan ahead—schedule deliveries and moving trucks during daytime hours.
  3. Check your tags—expired plates attract violation notices or Code Enforcement $1000.
