Below you’ll find everything you need to know about using each space, booking reservations, and keeping them in great shape for everyone. Clubhouse available to rent to City Square owners on the deed with zero balance to the HOA.

• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No alcohol All decor must be free-standing—nothing on the walls/ceilings.
• Trash out, floors swept, lights off before you leave.
