The City Square HOA Board is designed for volunteer homeowners who dedicate their time and energy to uphold the Covenants of our community, ensure responsible use of HOA funds, and lead positive improvements for the benefit of all residents.
A Turning Point in April 2023: New HOA Board At Work
New Energy, New Commitment
In 2023, new owners Jane and Dave Roberts saw years of decline in our common areas, and volunteered 400+ hours to organize and inspire change to help owners get a new HOA Board and Advisory Council in April 2023. Since then, with a core group of committed new owners, and thanks to the previous efforts of owners like Calvin Walker, Benita Smith, Omega Finney, Bonita Stillman and others- over 3000 volunteer hours have been donated since 2023 to dramatically improve our common areas. Today, exciting improvements are underway, including a renovated pool deck and updated pool house. We welcome all owners to join this effort and help shape the future of City Square.

Omega Finney and Katrina Fulton
Omega and Katrina helped contribute to a very successful Valentines Event this year and would love to hear your ideas on upcoming events.
Pool Committee Volunteers:
We need owners to volunteer to check on activity at the pools 2-3 hours per week during pool season. You will be rewarded with special VIP pool privileges or option to host a private pool party.
PART-TIME PAID Opportunities for City Square Owners:
There are paid opportunities for owners with professional administrative skills to get involved and be compensated for 5-10 hours per week part time.

HOA Board Meetings
- Open to all homeowners – your voice matters
- Held quarterly throughout the year (check the calendar for June and November Meeting Dates TBD)
- Agendas are posted at least 48 hours in advance; minutes follow within a week
