Whether it’s a broken streetlight, an overgrown lot, or a question about parking rules, this page guides you through how to report an issue—and how to avoid getting one of those orange violation letters yourself.

Common-area maintenance (damaged landscaping, pool gate, playground equipment, lights) Submit a Maintenance Request in the Beacon owner portal or email clee@beaconmanagementservices.com 1–3 business days
 
Suspected rule violation at a specific address(parking, debris, architectural change without approval)
Complete the Violation Report form in the Beacon portal or email Hazel Ashe with photos and the exact address 3–5 business days
 
Urgent safety hazard(downed power line, active water leak)
Call 911 first, then notify Beacon at 404-907-2112 → 1 Immediate
 
McDonough Code Enforcement takes Reports of Lawns/Grass not maintained, Cars parked in view that are inoperable, or if you see Eviction/Furniture or Move Out Trash, Or Trash Left Outside not in Trash Cans
   
 
Send Email With Property Address To Officer Liddick: Kliddick@mcdonoughga.org and copy officer Keyana Cook at Kcook@mcdonoughga.org
