Residents Need Active Gate/Amenity Card to Access These Amenities:

City Square Children’s Playground-

Hours: October 1st through April 30th - 9 AM to 6 PM Daily
May 1st through September 30th - 9 AM to 8 PM Daily
Age Range: Designed for children 2–12; adult supervision required. Please do not allow your children 13 and up to trespass onto the playground equipment. Please do not allow any children to enter the playground without adult supervision, or risk Violations, fines and or Amenity card suspension.
Rules: No glass, no pets inside the fence, and no motorized toys on the rubber surface. If a child has a runny nose, cold or fever, please do not visit the playground until the child is well. Full rules posted at Playground.

HOA Account in Good Standing – balance must be $0
Active Gate Card – replacement cards are $25 (request through the owner portal)
Photo ID – government-issued ID showing a City Square address

Renting your home? For owners Renting Their Homes, in order for Rental Residents to obtain a Pool/Amenity Card:

The owner must:

ZERO Balance: Have a zero balance on their account
Provide Current LEASE: upload the Current Lease and Rental Contact Form on the portal at: www.beaconmanagementservices.com
AMENITY/ RENTAL CONTACT FORM Upload this form with your lease. Amenity Form

Courtesy Reminders

Guests: Limit of 6 per household/pool card. Complete Pool Rules Doc.
Safety: No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Please make sure your children do not run on the pool deck or throw regular sports balls. Swimwear only - no street clothes in the pool.
Food & Drinks: No food or drinks at pool or playground. no glass inside the fence.
Clean Up: Dispose of trash and straighten chairs before leaving.
Weather Alert: Lightning or heavy rain may prompt temporary closures.
Tip: Always bring your pool fob, photo ID with City Square address, and maximum is 6 guests per pool fob and it does not matter if guests get in the pool or not - 6 is max.
Respect Pool Monitors and HOA Volunteers at all times: Please show respect and courtesy to pool monitors and HOA volunteers at all times. Any disrespect of Pool Monitors or Pool Rules may result in a pool suspension for entire household and or Nuisance Fines.
